Cindy Horne began her political career in Texas, helping George W. Bush win his race for Governor, and then in California where she worked on John McCain’s Presidential run. More recently she was Deputy Campaign Manager for US Senate candidate Daniel Gade, where she was responsible for fundraising and voter outreach events across the state of Virginia. In addition, she managed a staff of event coordinators, candidate assistants, and interns and coordinated efforts of multiple different professional fundraising organizations in Virginia to collectively raise 2.5 million dollars, outraising the incumbent United States Senator.  Prior to that, she was responsible for planning, execution, and management of all campaign activities for Tina Ramirez’s 7th District Congressional run.

Cindy is the President and Founder of Battlefield Consulting, Inc.,  where she manages a team of fundraising professionals that are consulting on numerous house of delegates races and a number of federal campaigns. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in History and Political Science as well as a Master’s Degree in Education.
